The Course

Hollyville private golf is a 2726 yard, 9 hole course, spread over a glorious 15 acres, with outstanding views. 

It may be a small course, but don't be fooled into thinking that makes it easy! Sloping fairways, small greens and two of the tees are up on the banks in amongst the trees! There are tight par 3's and 4's, with a par 5 that goes right down the centre.  All in all, it will give any golfer a challenge.

The crème de la crème must be the 8th. A 160yd par 3. The tee is in a highly elevated position from the green and the view from the tee is quite stunning! Have a look at the video and I'm sure you'll be impressed. 

The view is so good we've even put a bench next to the tee, so you can pause and take it all in!

There is so much to admire about the course and the landscape. Walking around, you'll even have views of one of the most popular Saddleworth landmarks - Pots and Pans.

The course was professionally designed, with level greens, well drained fairways and a central water feature. It was all in excellent condition, but over the years, nature has taken its course. The aim is to bring this hidden gem back to its former glory.
